Yes. Scribivia uses AI and language technologies whenever they improve efficiency, consistency, or turnaround times. However, projects requiring accuracy, creativity, brand consistency, or cultural adaptation always go through human-in-the-loop review by professional native linguists before delivery.
For clients seeking a more cost-effective solution, we also offer Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE), where AI-generated content is carefully reviewed, corrected, and refined by experienced translators to ensure publication-ready quality.
Not sure which option is right for your project? We'll recommend the solution that best matches your quality expectations, budget, and timeline.
Yes. For editable formats such as Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, or HTML, your translated document keeps its original formatting and layout, so you can use it immediately with little or no additional work.
For scanned PDFs, images, or other non-editable files, we'll recommend the most suitable translation and formatting approach before the project begins, ensuring the best balance of quality, turnaround time, and cost.
If your document includes complex layouts, graphics, or desktop publishing requirements, simply send us your files. We'll review them and recommend the most efficient solution before work begins.
Process & Quality
You'll work with a single dedicated project manager from your initial quote to the final delivery, giving you one reliable point of contact throughout your project. They coordinate every aspect of the work, including planning, language selection, terminology, file preparation, communication, quality control, and delivery.
This centralized approach saves you time, reduces administrative complexity, and ensures consistent quality across every language and deliverable.
No matter the scope (multiple languages, specialized content, or ongoing collaboration), your project manager tailors the workflow to your needs and keeps everything running smoothly from start to finish.
Absolutely. For projects spanning several languages at once, Scribivia assigns a dedicated linguist team per language pair while your project manager consolidates scheduling, terminology, and quality control into one delivery timeline. You manage one deadline instead of one per language.
Your dedicated project manager oversees every language, linguist, glossary, file, and delivery through a centralized workflow, ensuring consistent terminology, quality, and communication across your entire project.
Whether your project covers a website, software, a marketing campaign, technical documentation, or other multilingual content, we provide a scalable solution that grows with your business and helps you expand into new markets with confidence.
If your project spans multiple languages or requires ongoing localization, we'll build a workflow tailored to your objectives, timelines, and internal procedures. Ready to start? Get an instant quote.
Every project is assigned to the native linguist best suited to your language pair, industry, and content type, ensuring accurate translations that reflect both your subject matter and your target audience.
Before joining Scribivia, every translator undergoes a rigorous selection process, including native-language verification, five years or more of professional experience, and practical translation assessments. Their performance, reliability, and translation quality are continuously monitored throughout every collaboration to maintain consistently high standards.
If your project requires specialized expertise, we'll carefully select the linguist whose background and experience best match your industry and requirements.
Every translation is delivered with accuracy, consistency, and your project requirements in mind. To achieve this, Scribivia carefully matches each project with the most qualified linguist based on the language pair, industry, and content type, while following clear project guidelines and maintaining consistent terminology through industry-standard CAT tools such as SDL Trados, memoQ, and Phrase.
Before delivery, every project undergoes a final quality review to verify completeness, formatting, terminology, and compliance with your instructions.
For projects requiring an additional level of assurance, our Premium service includes an independent proofreading stage performed by a second native linguist.
If your project includes glossaries, terminology databases, or style guides, we'll seamlessly integrate them into your workflow to ensure consistent results across every language and deliverable. Want to see the result before you commit? Browse examples in our sample library.
All documents you share with Scribivia are treated as strictly confidential.
Your files are stored on a secure drive for as long as the translation is in progress. Once the translation is delivered and approved, the project files are either archived so they can serve as reference material for your future translations, or deleted if no further work is planned.
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, simply request one in the comments when you submit your quote request. We'll return the signed NDA before you send us your documents.

Pricing & Payment
You'll only pay for the services your project actually requires. For most translation projects, pricing is based on the number of unique words in your files, ensuring a transparent, predictable, and fair pricing model.
There is no single flat rate: the price per word varies with the volume of words, your industry, the technical complexity and format of your document, and the language pairs you need. Our Instant Quote automatically analyzes supported documents and applies those factors to generate an estimate within seconds. For multilingual projects, website localization, subtitles, CAT tools, desktop publishing, or other specialized requirements, we'll prepare a quotation designed around your project's scope and objectives.
Not sure which pricing option is right for your project? Simply send us your files, and we'll review your requirements before providing a clear, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.
Every multilingual project is priced according to its specific requirements, ensuring you only pay for the services your project actually needs. The final cost is determined by factors such as the total word count, target languages, technical complexity, delivery schedule, file format, and any additional services requested.
For example, projects with 10+ languages or short deadlines typically require additional linguist allocation, which is reflected transparently in your quote.
If your project involves multiple languages, specialized content, or ongoing localization, we'll provide a transparent, no-obligation quotation designed around your objectives, budget, and timeline. Try our Instant Quote tool to see an estimate in seconds.
Getting a quote is quick and hassle-free. Simply upload your document to our Instant Quote tool to receive an immediate estimate based on your project's word count.
If your project involves unsupported file formats, website localization, multilingual workflows, or other specific requirements, simply send us your files through our contact form or by email. We'll review your project and prepare a clear, no-obligation quotation tailored to your exact needs.
Not sure which option is best for your project? Our team will be happy to guide you toward the most suitable solution before work begins.
Payment is simple and transparent. Once the project scope, pricing, and schedule are confirmed, your dedicated project manager coordinates delivery from start to finish. After delivery, we issue an invoice that includes our bank details for payment by transfer. PayPal and Smart Bank are also accepted, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
If your company has specific purchasing procedures, payment terms, or invoicing requirements, we'll gladly adapt our workflow whenever possible to fit your internal procedures. Full payment terms are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Payment terms run from 1 to 45 days from the invoice date. The exact term is agreed with your project manager before your project begins and clearly stated on every invoice.
If your company needs longer than 45 days for long-term partnerships, recurring projects, or specific procurement requirements, mention it to your project manager, and we'll align with your internal procedures whenever possible.
